Krzysztof Rembierz is an advocate admitted to practice in Poland and partner in the Tax practice of Rymarz Zdort Maruta.
Krzysztof’s professional experience includes providing tax and legal advice to international and domestic companies.
For the past four years, Krzysztof’s professional activity has been focused on the provision of tax and legal advisory services to fin-tech companies and companies offering digital consumer finance products. Krzysztof has implemented tax-effective solutions generating tax savings in IT companies and in companies from the new technologies sector. He has handled tax reviews, and tax and legal due diligence reviews, as well as represented clients involved in tax disputes before tax authorities and courts. Krzysztof is also a specialist in advising on mandatory disclosure rules (MDR) and the Polish penal fiscal code.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Białystok in 2008.
