Ich laureaci zostają wskazani głosami powołanych do jury ekspertów i całej społeczności gamedevu, która za sprawą otwartej ankiety tworzy listę nominowanych produkcji. Nagrody są każdorazowo wręczane na uroczystej gali podczas konferencji Digital Dragons.
