Lena Marcinoska-Boulangé

She specialises in intellectual property law, unfair competition and internet law. She advises clients from various sectors, both traditional and newtech. She works for major foreign and Polish companies. However, Lena believes that startups and gamedev studios are the future. She loves researching how the law deals with cyber security, blockchain, AI and other phenomena. She is the author of a number of articles and publications, including co-authoring a commentary on intellectual property proceedings.
