Magdalena is an HR expert with over 20 years of experience in project management, HR, and labor law, including 17 years in the video game industry. Her career includes significant roles at CD Projekt, GOG.com (Head of Product Management), and Roboto (Head of HR). At Roboto, she played a key role in establishing the HR and Administration departments from the ground up. Her responsibilities encompassed employer branding, employee relations, recruitment, and event organization. Additionally, she has been credited in all three installments of The Witcher game series for various roles, ranging from Project Manager to „Witch. Her special interest lies in integrating expats within the organization and legalizing their employment.
