Monika is a gamedev recruiter with over 13 years of experience in the industry, all spent operating at an international level. This includes supporting a diverse range of studios, from prominent AAA brands to indie developers, in roles as an in-house recruiter, external advisor, and agency owner. Her career in gamedev began in China and Hong Kong, where she was building teams composed of various nationalities for start up-ups and market- listed studios. For over 8 years now, she has been leading an international recruitment agency 8Bit, working with gamedev studios globally.
