Senior Producer
Natalia Pych works as a Senior Producer in one of the Polish publishing houses, Games Operators. She takes care of teams responsible for projects she’s leading and manages the game’s production schedule. Scouting for new games also brings her a lot of joy, as she enjoys meeting new teams and learning about their ideas. She adores community management and providing players with the required information, as well as interacting with them and collecting their feedback on the game. Natalia is also the CEO and Editor in Chief of the Polish gaming portal Grajmerki.pl, as well as one of the co-founders of the initiative GameDev Girls PL for women working in Polish game dev. Since April 2023, she also represents the Women in Games organization as their Polish ambassador.
